CHAPS organizes yearly conferences to recognize individuals who have been instrumental in the movement to encourage healthy habits and emphasize health issues yet to be addressed. CHAPS conferences offer a platform for children of all ages to listen and talk about the issues associated to childhood obesity, nutrition, and fitness. These conferences offer a variety of different activities which are both fun and beneficial. The conferences are usually kicked off by a keynote speech which is followed by multiple guests who share their perspectives, research, and solutions. The panel discussions are followed by the fun activities, such as food drives or dance games.
