Exercising doesn't always have to be going to the gym and spending 30 minutes on a treadmill or doing 20 push-ups and curl-ups everyday. You can get your exercise by just moving to a rhythm and a beat! DaFoH is a new CHAPS initiative targeting to create awareness about the art of dancing and aiming to get kids excited about fitness and exercise. Dancing is one of the best fitness activities you can do for your body as you get a whole body workout and burn a lot of calories and fat!
